Welcome to Zackfilms. By using this website and our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Zackfilms provides photography and videography services including weddings, pre-weddings, portraits, and cinematic storytelling. The scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once a deposit (as specified in your quote) is received. The balance is due as set out in your agreement. Payment terms may vary by package.

3. Copyright & Usage

All images and films created by Zackfilms remain the copyright of Zackfilms. You receive a licence to use the deliverables for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. sharing with family, printing for your home, social media with credit where requested). Commercial use or resale of the work requires separate written agreement.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be set out in your booking agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled; rescheduling may be possible subject to availability and notice.

5. Liability

Zackfilms carries out work with reasonable skill and care. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure by third parties).
